SoCal Vintage BMW is back at this weekend with a retrospective of hot Bavarian metal! This show curates the best of vintage BMW’s through the decade, and Deus is serving up hot breakfast and coffee while you chat with your fellow car nerd.

Public Event: Oil Change Night
It’s our monthly Oil Change Night! Come change your oil or just hang out if Jiffy Lube is more your speed.
The gist is this: You show up with your car, new oil, and filter. You drink our beer and use our tools, and everyone shit talks about why are you taking so long and how much of a mess you are making. On the flip side, once you are done it’s your turn to make fun of the next person.
And if you don’t need an oil change, come by anyway! Most people are there just to hang out.

Long Beach Grand Prix Weekend
It’s time to celebrate 50 Years at Full Speed! Tickets for the 50th Anniversary Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach are on sale now.
The race weekend will feature the third round of the NTT INDYCAR® SERIES with celebrated drivers expected to battle on the iconic 1.97-mile, 11-turn circuit through downtown Long Beach.
In addition, the Saturday, April 12 featured event will be the third round of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with its headlining GTP (GT Prototype) class, featuring hybrid prototypes from Acura, BMW, Cadillac and Porsche. The GTP cars will be joined on track by the GTD (GT Daytona) class, making for an exciting and pass-filled race expected to have at least 25 cars in total.
Fans will also see two nights of the Formula DRIFT Super Drift Challenge Friday and Saturday, as well as doubleheaders Saturday and Sunday from Robby Gordon’s SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks, GT America Powered by AWS and, for the first time ever, the Historic Formula Exhibition, featuring historic cars from the three eras of open-wheel racing at Long Beach – Formula 5000, Formula 1 and Indy cars – competing together.
Off the track and free to all race attendees will be the popular Lifestyle Expo with more than 100 exhibitors offering the latest products and services in automotive, travel, home improvement, green power, fitness and recreation as well as the large Family Fun Zone in the Long Beach Arena. There will also be concerts, food trucks, exotic car displays, driver autograph sessions and a wide variety of activities for the whole family.

Car Show: Culver City Car Show
The show will be open to the public from 9:00 am to 3:00pm, with live music, vendors, and access to all the downtown Culver City restaurants. The Culver City Fire department will be serving their Fire Service Day Pancake Breakfast. Admission to the show is free, and parking will be available at the city’s public parking structures.

We’re headed up to Ojai and beyond to enjoy possibly the greatest driving road in the country. Bring a fun car and road trip snacks for this one!

60 Minutes of Carson
That’s right, we’re doing it again! Our very special Le Mans-style race with driving teams of two and multiple driver changes mid-race. Welcome to the second running of The 60 Minutes of Carson!
We’ve reserved an outdoor track with elevation changes and banked turns, as well as old-school lawnmower engine go karts. Teams will have to execute pit stops with driver changes and decide on driving stint strategy!
This is going to be proper fun. Or you can stay home that Saturday and be lame. Your call.

Car Show: Manhattan Beach Cars & Coffee
Manhattan Beach Cars and Coffee is hosted on the last Saturday of every month from 8 - 10 a.m. at the Point in El Segundo. The event is free of charge for all to attend, and genuinely welcomes all types of makes and models.

Public Event: King of the Hammers
King of The Hammers takes place the beginning of the year on public lands in Johnson Valley, California.
The race has evolved from 12 teams racing for bragging rights and a case of beer, to more than 530 teams competing before more than 80,000 fans in person and 2 million viewers online. Due to the incredible success of King of the Hammers, Hammerking Productions created the Ultra4Racing Series, which has grown Internationally.
